腰部软组织损伤并椎间盘突出症的诊断与治疗（附138例报告）

Low-back soft tissue injuries with intervertebral disk hernia:A clinical observation of 138 cases

对１３８例腰部软组织损伤并椎间盘突出症患者进行临床观察，发现软组织损伤的存在增加了发生椎间盘突出的机率；椎间盘突出的发生又加重了软组织损伤程度。认为早期诊治软组织损伤，标本兼治，对增加脊柱稳定性、减轻疼痛、提高疗效有重要意义。

We carried out a clinical observation on 138 cases of low-back soft tissue injuries with intervertebral disk hernia and found that the existence of the former could increase the incidence of the latter;the occurrence of the latter could in turn increase the severity of the former.It was considered that the early diagnosis and treatment of the soft tissue injuries,the treatment of both the principal and the secondary aspects of the disease in particular,are of great importance for increasing the spinal stability,decreasing the pains and improving the therapeutic effects.
