摘要
为进一步探讨拉压疗法的临床应用范围，随机选择单间隙腰椎间盘突出症１２０例，对拉压治疗不同节段腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果进行了对比分析，结果Ｌ４～５节段的治愈率高、疗程短，疗效显著优于Ｌ５Ｓ１节段（Ｐ＜０．０１）．随访观察，Ｌ４～５节段的复发率明显低子Ｌ５Ｓ１节段（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明Ｌ４～５节段远期疗效亦好。初步从解剖结构、发病机制、生物力学、治疗方法等方面讨论了腰椎间盘突出症不同节段疗效差异的原因。
One hundred and twenty cases of unicompartmental lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH) were randomly selected and treated by pullingpressing therapy.In order to study the clinical application of this therapy, the therapeutic effects in varied-segmental cases were compared and analysed. The results showed that L4-L5-segmental cases had a high curative rate,short therapeutic course and significant result compared with L5-S1 segmental ones(p<0.01).The follow-up observation showed a significantly lower recurrence rate in L4-L5-segmental cases than in L5-S1ones(P<0.05),suggesting that the former also had a better long-term result.In the paper,the reasons for the therapeutic effects differences in varied-segmental LIDH cases are primarily discussed from the anatomic structure,pathogenesis,biomechanics,treatment methods and so on.
