急性有机磷农药中毒胆碱酯酶活性变化与反跳的关系 被引量:21

摘要 应用酶动力学法动态测定45例中、重度急性有机磷在药中毒者血清胆碱酯酶活性的变化,发现所有患者于中毒第2天胆碱酯酶活性升高(P<0.05),第3天迅速降低(P<0.05),在此低水平持续数天再逐渐恢复到正常水平。中毒反跳发生的时间均在胆碱酯酶活性下降的时期内。结果表明,根据胆碱酯酶活性的变化,正确应用抗胆碱能药物和胆碱酯酶复能剂对预防反跳意义重大。 The changes of cholinesterase activity in 45 cases of moderate and severe acute organophosphorus insectisides poisoning were studiel by using enzyme kinetics method. It was found that cholinesterase activity increased significantly on day 2(P<0. 05), rapidly decreased statistically on day 3(P<0.05),and at the low level continued for several days,then increased to normal level gradually . The poisoning rebound time of all cases occurred in the decrease period of cholinesterase activity. The result indicates that according to the changes of cholinesterase activity, it is important to use anticholinergic drugs and cholinesterase reactivators correctly for preventing poisoning rebound.
