不同甲状腺机能状态下大鼠细胞免疫水平的观察

摘要 采用酸性非特异性酯酶(ANAE)方法,对不同甲状腺机能状态下大鼠细胞免疫水平进行了观察 动物分为三组:实验性甲状腺机能低下组(甲低组);实验性甲状腺机能亢进组(甲亢组);对照组为正常大鼠,不做任何处理。结果表明:①正常大鼠外周血淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率为65.6±2.3%,甲低组为43.6±3.9%(P<0.01),甲亢组为66.2±1.9%(P>0.05)。②与对照组相比,甲低级脾动脉周围淋巴鞘和脾小体,淋巴结的副皮质区和淋巴小结,胸腺皮质和髓质等区域的 ANAE阳性淋巴细胞百分率降低,甲亢组无明显变化。结果提示他巴唑能明显抑制大鼠的细胞免疫功能。 The level of cellular immunity of the rat in various states of thyroid func-tion were observed using the cytochemical ANAE reaction of marking lymphocytes. Rats were made hypothyroid by ingestion of tabazole (0.04% solution in drinking water for 62 days). Rats were made hyperthyroid by administration of thyroxine(0. 4% solution in drinking water for 62 days). The normal rats served as controls. The results indicated that: 1The percentage of positive ANAE reaction of lymphocytes from the peripheral blood of normal rats were 65. 6±2. 3%,the percentages of positive ANAE reaction were 43. 6±3. 9%(P <0. 01) and 66.2±1. 9%(P>0. 05)in the rats with hypothyroidism and with hyperthyroidism, respectively. The percentage of positive ANAE reaction of lymphocytes in the splenic periarterial lymphatic sheath and splenic corpuscle, the para-cortical zone of lymph node and lymphoid nodule,the cortex and medulla of thymus in the rats with hypothyroidism decreased as compared with the controls. The difference between the rats with hyperthyroidism and the controls was not notable. These results suggested that tabazole could inhibit the cellular immunity of the rat obviously.
