摘要
我国电力机车上传统的机械式电度表存在计量精度低、需人工读数、不能精确计算区间耗电量、无法对司机操纵方法、节能效果进行科学、合理、准确考评等缺点。针对这一现状,开发了智能记录仪及其耗电量评价指导系统。该系统不仅可以准确地获得机车担当每一车次牵引运输任务全过程的用电量,而且,可以对每一车次在每个区间的耗电量及司机操纵情况做出评价,将司机的操纵情况与机车耗电量联系起来,综合考评司机的操纵水平与节能效果。
In china, the traditional mechanic electric meter on electric locomotive has many disadvantages, which includes low measuring accuracy, manual reading, imprecise computation of block electrical power consumption, and incapable to make scientific, reasonable and precise appreciation on the motorman operation, and energy saving effect. Aiming at those problems, this paper develops an intelligent recorder and appreciation system on electrical power consumption. That system could not only accurately calculate the electrical power consumption of locomotive during each dragging transportation process, but also estimate the block electrical power consumption and motorman' s operation. Combining the motorman' s operation and electrical consumption of locomotive, the operational level and the energy saving effect could be comprehensively evaluated.
