摘要
采用滤纸条十字交叉放药法判断了五种防霉剂,即产品A(肉桂酸酯类衍生物,A)、富马酸二甲酯(B)、尼泊金丙酯(C)、肉桂酸(D)和异噻唑啉酮(E),两组分及三组分复配后的作用方式,结果表明:A与B、C、D、E,E与A、B、C、D和A/(B+C)、A/(D+E)、A/(B+E)和A/(C+E)的复配都有增效作用。采用抑菌圈法测定了不同复配组合、不同比例的抑菌圈直径,综合考虑成本和抑菌效果,确定了8种复配组分,即:A∶E=10∶7、A∶E=5∶10、B∶E=10∶8、B∶E=5∶10、C∶E=10∶6、C∶E=6∶10、(E+B)∶A=10∶5(其中E∶B=5∶5)和(E+C)∶A=10∶5(其中E∶C=5∶5)分别作为皮革防霉剂的有效成分。
The mode of action between the combined compounds was experimented by the method of cross filter paper strip. Results show that the combination between sample A (A) and dimethyl fumarate (B), propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate (C), cinnamic acid (D) and sothiozolone (E), between E and A, B, Cand D, and A/(B+C) .A/(D+E).A/(B+E) and A/(C+E) are potentiated combinations. The diameters of antibacterial circles of these potentiated combinations were determined and eight combinations- A : E=10 : 7, A: E=5 : 10, B : E=10 : 8, B : E=5 : 10, C: E=10 : 6, C: E=6 : 10, (E+B) : A=10 : 5 (E: B=5 : 5) and (E+C) : A=10 : 5(E : C= 5:5) - were chosen as the active ingredients of leather fungicides.
