猴下橄榄核的超微结构

Ultrastructures of inferior olivary nucleus of the monkey

本文用透射电镜观察了猕猴下橄榄核的正常超微结构，结果表明：神经元的胞体多为中、小型圆形或梨形，胞核呈椭圆形或圆形，核膜常见凹陷，胞浆内细胞器较丰富。神经毡中以轴一树突触最常见。另外还见轴一轴突触、轴一体突触和以树突为中心的汇聚型突触复合体。

The ultrastructures of inferior olivary nucleus of the monkey were observedby electron microscope in this study.The results showed that the bodies of ncurons were middle or small size rounded or piriformed ones.The nuclei of which were oval and rounded and the fovea of nuclear membranes were often seen.The cytoplasms were rich in cell organs.Axo-dendritic synapse was the most commonly seen synaptic type withinthe neuropil.Axo-axonic,axo-somatic synapses and convergent synaptic complexes were also seen.
