全球化与“反全球化”是当今时代两大主要特征,共同作用于时代发展的全过程;发达国家是全球化的主导;发展中国家在全球化发展过程中始终处于从属地位;发达国家应重新审视其全球化发展战略,减少或避免全球化带来的负面效应;发展中国家既要利用全球化有利的一面不断发展本国经济,又要利用“反全球化”运动维护经济安全和经济主权。

Globalization and anti-globalization are two main features in the modern times. They both act on the whole course of the development of the times. Developed countries play the leading role in globalization, while developing countries are always in the subordinate position in the course of globalization, Developed countries should reconsider their developing strategies of glo balization, reduce and avoid the side effects caused by globalization. Developing countries should take advantage of the favorable influence of globalization to develop and improve their own economy, and should safeguard their economic safety and sovereignty via anti-globalization movement.
