通过阐述西方人文精神中的法治精神与中国传统法律文化,试图吸取二者之精华并将二者融合,运用于我国法治建设的构建。
This article expounds the legal spirit in western humanism and the traditional Chinese legal culture. It attempts to assimilate the quintessence of the two and apply them in the construction of our legal system.
