摘要
实现“藏汉双语”教育信息化并不会削弱原有的双语教学体系结构,反而会使双语教学得到更大的发展空间,双语仍然是少数民族教育特有的根本属性之一,也是一条不可改变的本质属性。
The realization of the informalization of “Tibetan-Chinese bilingual” education will not make inroads into the system and structure of original bilingual education. Instead, it will provide ampler space for the development of bilingual education .Bilingualism is and will be the essential and unchangeable feature of ethnic education.
