摘要
20世纪初我国中小学公民教育的发展可以分为三个阶段,这期间公民教育课程在目的、内容和形式上随政治、经济制度的变化而不断变化。
The development of the civil education in middle-and-primary schools at the beginning of 20th century can be divided into three stages. During these stages, the courses of civil education experienced changes in goal, contents and forms with the political and economic systems.
