卵巢移位术的临床应用

The clinical applyment value of ovary transposition

本文对９例患妇科肿瘤行子宫及附件切除患者中，进行保留一侧健康卵巢带血管蒂腹壁下移位术。使部分妇科肿瘤患者既保留卵巢功能，又便于术后临床监测以及盆腔放疗。本组９例病人分别随访１年至３年，卵巢形态及其功能均正常。结果表明，此法技术操作简便易行、术时短，无需特殊设备。是妇科肿瘤患者术后维持卵巢功能安全可靠的方法。

Hysterectomy and ovary transposition were performed on 9 cases gynecologictumors. The pationts have been followed up 1～3 years. Normal appearance and function of ovary were found in all cases.The results indicated this operation may be reliable treatment method for the patients with gynecoid tumors. Because these cases were found not only conserve ovarian function but also convenient for clinical monitoring and radiotherapyafter operation.
