区域性海岛专题信息系统研究─—以琅岐岛农业用地区划为例

Study on regional island thematic geographic information system (LQTGIS)─A case study of agircultural land use division of Langqi Island

为了探索研究海岛区域性土地利用专题信息系统的建立和应用，本文选择了一个相对独立面积较小的琅岐岛作为试验区域。在AST486为主机，Spaceman4．0为基础软件系统的支持下，建立了一个操作简便、稳定可靠、具有可更新和扩充功能的LQGIS系统，初步完成了试验区的土地利用专题数据库的建立，试验了多元信息的综合评价。初步建立了水稻生产潜力估算模式，进行了水稻、菜地的适宜性评价，优化合理布局。

A small area─—Lanqi Island was choosen as an example to discuss on the GIS setting up and It's application. Through detailed investigation and serious analysis on the data of the area, the paper establishes a classified code system, and sets up LQTGIS which is easy manipulared, reliable and can be renewed and expanded. LQTGIS is supported by AST486 as mainframe computer and SPACEMAN (V4. 0) as basic software. Based on the geographic data-base and spatial analysis function, the paper provides some valuable suggestions on planning and designing non-staple food base in Langqi Island.(1)It makes a simulation evaluation model on rice potential productivity, and corrects it with temperature assured ratio,drought and soil conditions.(2)It makes suitability evaluation on rice and vegetable culture with the support of spatial analysis function of LQTGIS. The evaluation units determind by overlaying on special map with all kinds of factors on top of another. Then, it determines importance of all factors with Delphi methods and analytic hierarchy process. Finally, it sets up an evaluation model to accomplish the comprehensive evaluation.(3)With the suitability analysis results, it suggests to make rational distribution analysis in the area, for better economic benifits.
