评“反知识产权”思潮被引量：5

摘要知识产权制度自产生以来对世界经济、文化和社会的发展产生了重大影响。随着知识产权制度日益国际化，尤其是世界贸易组织《知识产权协定》的缔结，其作用和影响与日俱增，同时也产生一定的负面效应。针对知识产权制度现在和将来可能带来的消极影响，知识产权理论界提出了“怀疑”、“反对”甚至“废除”知识产权制度的理论。
