西晋门阀制度下的寒门士人,仕途艰难。士族与寒门的对立、矛盾十分突出。司马氏政权为了缓和士族与寒门的矛盾,采取了举寒素的政策,使部分寒士有了进仕的机会。傅玄、张华即是由寒门而致显位的典型。他们的成功为西晋一代寒门之士指出了一条通往理想的道路;同时,他们尚文采的唯美文学观也对寒门文人产生了深切的影响。

The system of asking for compensation in house work is the new content in the revised marriage law in 2001. The establishment of this system has very important meaning to promote the social value of house work as well as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of those who devote more to the family.But the system is a newly-increased content after all , there existed insufficiency on the theory design, and the effectiveness is not strong in the practice as well as the anticipated result of the realization of the legislative purpose is unsatisfactory . So the goal pursued of this article is to perfect the legislation design of the system of asking for compensation in house work and make it have more effectiveness , so that better realization of legislative purpose.
