摘要
我国现有的环境法专业人才集中在研究生层次。强化环境法制建设,需要建立起多层次的环境法人才培养机制。专业化与层次化教育是环境法培养机制的核心。专科、本科、研究生各层次的环境法专门教育均为环境法制所需要。
The environmenatal legal person of my what country have now concentrates on araduate student＇s level. Establish the scientific development view, Strengthen the environmental legal construction, Need setting up effective environmental legal person and train the mechanism. Realize it is a core wehich u＇ains the mechanism that specialization and level are educated. The environmental legal person of every level of the training, undergraduate course, graduate student is needed by social development.
