Clinical Analysis of Senile Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的探讨老年人重型颅脑损伤的临床特点。方法72例老年重型颅脑损伤患者,52例予急诊手术治疗,11例因病情平稳而保守治疗,9例因生命体征紊乱无法手术。结果恢复良好31例,中残9例,重残5例,植物生存2例,死亡25例(34.7%)。结论老年人重型颅脑损伤的伤情严重、变化快,早期诊断、早期治疗、早期预防和治疗各种并发症,对提高生存率十分重要。

Objective To study the diagnosis and management of severe craniocerebral injury in senile patient. Methods 72 senile patients of severe craniocerebral injury were analyzed retrospectively, including emergency surgery in 52 cases and conservative treatment in 11 cases of stable condition, and symptomatic treatment in 9 cases due to severely unstable vital sign. Results There were 31 cases of good recovery, 9 case of moderate disability, 5 cases of significant disability, 2 cases of vegetative state, and 25 cases of death. The mortality was 34.7%. Conclusion Senile severe craniocerebral injury is a critical, aggressively progressing disease, only with early diagnosis and treatment should the survival be improved.
