摘要
通过实验探析太极拳“逆腹式呼吸”锻炼对大学生有氧代谢及运动能力的影响.实验结 果显示:太极拳“逆腹式呼吸”锻炼前后肺活量和1000m(男)、800m(女)的成绩显著提高,且 女大学生的提高比男大学生明显.提示:太极拳“逆腹式呼吸”锻炼可明显改善大学生的有氧 代谢及运动能力.
Through experiment we have found that “breathing with abdomen in an opposite way” influences aerobic respiration & sports capacity for college students. Experiments have shown that before & after the “breathing with abdomen in an opposite way” exercises, vital capacity, the result of 1000m & 800m tests for boys & girls, respectively have both improved greatly, and the improvements for girls are even more obvious. We have come to a conclusion that “breathing with abdomen in an opposite way” can notably improve the aerobic respiration & sports capacity for college students,
