摘要
随着高校人事制度改革的不断深入,高校人才交流中心日益彰显出其强大的生命力。高校人才交流中心的工作,应处理好改革、发展与稳定的关系,制定切实可行的政策规范,稳定人才队伍,转变观念,积极实行人事代理制度,把好进人关,优化人才结构,妥善分流与安置富余人员,并运用信息技术,建立人才系统网络,引入新的理念,开拓创新。
With the development of the reform of personnel system in colleges and universities, the talent exchange centers of the colleges and universities present their vitality constantly. The undertaking of the talent exchange centers of colleges and universities should stress the following points: We should handle the relationship of reform, development and stability, work out effective regulations, stable the talents, transfer the view, implement the personnel agency system, make strict checks on employing a person, perfect talent structure and dispatch any surplus persons more effectively. What's more, we should make use of the information technology to set up personnel management system through the network to make new exploration.
