摘要
体育教学乃至整个学校教育中,必须贯彻“健康第一”指导思想。通过教学实践,对“健康第一”指导思想进行再认识,有助于正确理解“健康第一”的内涵,使教师更加注重体育教学的知识性、技能性、娱乐性和竞技性,把学生培养成为具有终身体育思想的德、智、体全面发展的人才。
Physical education, as well as the whole school education, should implement the concept of “Health First”. Reflection on the Concept of “Health First” through teaching practice can help us to understand the meaning of “Health First”. Thus, the teacher can lay more emphasis on the intellectual, skill-training, entertaining and com- petitive sides of physical education to train students into persons with lifelong health consciousness and persons who develop morally, intellectually and physically.
