论新形势下医学实习生的医德教育

On Medical Ethics of Medical Trainees under the New Situation

随着高等医学院校不断扩大招生规模,医学实习生数量急剧增长。医学实习教学基地与实习指导教师疲于应付,因而在很大程度上忽视了实习生医德教育工作。但在市场经济的新形势下,加强实习生的医德教育工作又显得十分必要和重要。要提高人们对实习生医德教育工作的认识,从理论上重新审视新形势下实习生医德教育的地位与作用,探讨实习生医德教育的目标与基本要求及加强实习生医德教育工作的途径与方法。

With more and more students being admitted to the medical colleges, the number of medical trainees grows sharply. The practice bases are lacking, and the tutors are always preoccupied; therefore, the education of medical ethics for medical trainees, to a great extent, is ignored. However, under the new situation of market economy, it is both necessary and important to strengthen the education of medical trainees＇ medical ethics. We should better recognize trainees＇ education of medical ethics, theoretically take a close look at the roles and functions of it again, make exploratory discussion of the goals and basic requirements of it, and improve the means of achieving it.
