摘要
在许多机床的液压系统中所采用的液压传动回路,隐含着一个缺陷,那就是当液压缸的负载较大,负载变化也很大时,在慢速加工过程中速度变化太大,难于保证其加工质量。通过对公式的推导,从理论上找出了造成该缺陷的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。
There exists a defect in hydraulic transmission circuit, which is applied in many lathe hydraulics systems. When the load in hydraulic vat is heavy, its load variation and velocity in the cowrse of slow-speed proussing change a lot correspondingly. This can' t guarantee the working quality. Theoretically this article aims at analyzing the reason of defect by means of formula derivation, and points out further improvement.
