It is the requirement of the self-development of the local newspapers of the Communist Patty of China in the new situation, regional or municipal level to lay stress on the phenomenon of the news reports on the same topic with the same quality.This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the news reports on the same topic in the competition, giving methods to avoid the same quality news.
