孔底水介质控制爆破技术在朱家包包铁矿的应用

摘要 对于采场尤其是爆破钻孔积水严重的露天矿山,一般的爆破方法难以取得理想的爆破效果。阐述了孔底水介质控制爆破技术的作用原理、设计原则、操作方法及在朱家包包铁矿的使用情况,旨在为类似矿山使用该技术作一参考。应用表明,该爆破方法对含水爆孔来说经济实用。 For mining pits, especially those open-pit mines where water accumulation is serious, it is difficult to achieve ideal blasting effect in blasting-drilling by general blast methods. The paper describes the working mechanism, design principle and operation method of hole bottom water medium-controlled blast technology and its application in Zhujiabaobao Iron Mine, aiming to provide the reference for the application of this technology in similar mines. The application results indicate that this blasting technology is both economical and practical for the mines where blasting should be done in water containing places.
