摘要
介绍一种由笔者主持设计、已获得国家专利并得到成功应用的球磨机新型自动加球机的结构、工作原理、设备性能及应用情况。该专利设计通过安装在滚筒上的球爪从储球箱随机取球,采用光电检测器对所取钢球进行非接触检测,并由可编程控制器对钢球进行智能辨识和控制,从根本上解决了以往加球机存在的容易卡球、堵球及烧毁电机等缺陷,使球磨机实现了定时、定量、按比例自动补加钢球,已在攀钢密地选厂等推广应用。
The structure, working principle, performances and application of a new type automatic ball-adding machine for ball mill are described, which is designed under the leadership of the author. It has acquired the national patent right and found successful application. The machine can fetch randomly the steel balls from the ball box by the ball claw installed on the drum and the fetched ball is detected by an electro-optlcal detector without contact and identified and controlled by a programmable controller. This patented design of new ball-adding machine has radically removed the defects of the previous ones, such as easy ball block and motor burning-up, and realized an automatic ball adding at fixed time and quantity and in an proportion.
