摘要
该文简要介绍我国食用油工业发展现状,分析我国食用油工业存在的主要安全问题及其 危害,提出我国食用油工业健康持续发展主要对策。即加快食用油质量管理体系HACCP建设;加 快我国食用油企业重组与整合;建立健全食用油标准体系;实行和强化市场准入制度,建立法制和 道德为基础的食品安全诚信体系;建立检验检测体系;建立废弃油脂收集监管和利用体系;及食用 油质量安全知识宣传与普及教育等。
This article introduced the developments and the problem existing in edible oils in China. The harm caused by quality problem of edible oil to our oils and fats industry are analyzed. We present the main countermeasures for the sustaining and sound development of our oils and fats industry, these are: accelerating the construction of quality control system(HACCP) and the restructuring and integration of edible oils industry, establishing and completing the quality standard system of edible oil, putting into practice the "QS" system, establishing the and collecting and supervising systems of the abandoned oil and reinforcing the publiciazation of edible oil knowledge in the public.
