摘要
黑色素广泛存在于自然界生物体内,具有很大应用潜力,且不同来源黑色素有一定特异 性,对黑色素开发已成为当前研究热点;该文概述黑色素资源开发状况,介绍来源于微生物、植物、 动物的各种不同黑色素性质、提取分离方法、功能特性等。
Black pigment spread wildly in nature, and it was considered have a great potential future. The qualities of black pigments are different according to its origins;so, the resource exploring is the hot topic present. This paper briefly summarized the qualities, purifying, and function of many black pigments from the microbiology, the plant, and the animal.
