摘要
应用ANSYS有限元软件,对圆坯连铸结晶器(断面尺寸为φ450mm)中钢液的紊流流动特点,模拟计算不同工艺参数条件下的流场,并用水模试验结果进行了验证。从流场的数值模拟计算结果还可以判定:圆坯连铸采用直孔形水口时必须要用外力来改善结晶器内流体的流动。
The behavior of fluid flow of molten steel inside mould for φ450mm size of round billet is simulated in different casting parameters on the basis of character of turbulence in mould by using ANSYS finite element analysis software in this paper, and it is validated by water modeling experiment . Based on the results of mathematic simulating, it' s necessary to impose electromagnetic force on molten steel inside mould to improve flow pattern when using cylindraceous nozzle.
