摘要 目的观察急性脑出血患者发病24 h内血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量在不同时段的变化.方法选取发病后24 h内入院的急性脑出血患者94例,仔细询问发病时间,分为2~7 h、8~15 h,16~24 h 3组.与40例同期非神经系统疾病住院的患者相对照.结果不同发病时间组患者血清NSE水平都明显高于对照者(P<0.01),发病16~24 h时的患者血清NSE水平最高,与其他各时间组比较差别有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论急性脑出血患者发病24 h内血清NSE水平是一个动态变化的过程,16~24 h的含量最高. Objective To observe the change of serum neuron specific enolase in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in different periods within 24 hours from outsets. Methods 94 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected after they were hospitalized within 24 hours from outsets. According to the time when they were ill, the patients were divided into 3 groups : 2 ~ 7 h group, 8 ~ 15 h group, 16 ~ 24 h group. They were compared with 40 patients of the same period who have not nervous system disease. Results The serum NSE levels of each period group was obviously higher than the control group ( P 〈 0. 01). The serum NSE values in 16 ~24 h group were notably higher than those in the other groups ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion It is a dynamic change course of serum NSE levels in the patients with acute cerebral infarction within 24 hours from outset. The values reach the highest degree from 16 h to 24 h after the patients were ill.
