锡-锑合金在中性溶液中阳极成膜规律的研究

利用恒电位阳极极化电流与极化时间的关系和线性电位扫描法研究了锡-锑合金在中性溶液中于1.2V(30℃,VS,SCE)阳极成膜规律及膜相组成。实验结果表明:Sn-Sb合金在中性溶液中与在酸、碱性溶液中成膜规律不同。
