摘要
为了实时检测瓶内杂质,设计了一套用于灌装线瓶内产品质量检测的视觉系统。基于几何成像原理建立双CCD立体视觉的数学模型,推导出从2张投影图像中得到杂质实际空间位置的公式;利用形态小波简化图像、综合自适应阈值法和边界检测算子进行图像分割,从而提取出杂质特性,最后采用特性向量进行2图的特征匹配。当检测精度为4 pixel/mm时,每个瓶子的判断时间小于200 ms,准确率近98%。
In order to detect the impurities in bottle, a real-time visual inspection system was designed. A mathematical model for double-COD stereoscopic system was set up according to geometrical imaging principle and the equation applied to get the position of the impurity from two images was deduced. Morphological wavelet was used to simplify the image. Both adaptive thresholding and edge detector were applied to separate impurities from the image, and then Feature vectors were used for feature-match between two images. When image resolution is near 4 pixel/mm,the identification accuracy is about 98% and the time of detecting a bottle is less than 200 ms.
