摘要
宁夏回族自治区西南部的中卫─同心断裂带位于陇西系与河西系构造相叠加的地区,是陇西系的一条断裂带。该地区地震活动极为强烈,能否修建大柳树高坝一直存在争议,靠近坝址的中卫─同心断裂带的地震危险性是争议的焦点。笔者在以往工作和认识的基础上进一步提出:该带是一系列活动断裂带存在地区中的相对稳定的活动断裂带,其很难发生6级强震,更不会发生6级以上地震。大柳树坝址的基本烈度有值得商榷之处。
There is Zhongwei─Tongxin fault zone in southwest Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, it locates in the area of Longxi structural system added with Hexi structural system, and belongs to Longxi system. There were very strong seismic activities in the area, and the dispute on if Daliushu high dam can be built there has being existed. The dam site is near the fault zone, so the zone's seismic risk has been the dispute focus. On the base of former work and realization, the author further puts forward that, the zone is relatively stable in a series of active fault zones, it is very hard to happen Ms=6 earthquake on it, and is impossible to happen any Ms>6 earthquake, so the basic seisimic intensity of the dam site should be discussed.
