可吸收线张力带治疗髌骨骨折

Study of Patella Fracture by Treatment with Assimilable Thread and Steel-wire Tension Band

目的探讨可吸收线张力带治疗髌骨骨折可行性及疗效.方法 42例髌骨骨折患者随机分为可吸收线张力带组(A组)和钢丝张力带组(B组),每组各21例,随访时间12～24个月,平均16个月,根据术后X线片及关节功能恢复情况评定疗效.结果骨折平均愈合时间8周.可吸收线张力带组:优18例,良3例;钢丝张力带组:优17例,良4例,两种治疗方法无统计学差别(P＞0.05).结论可吸收线张力带是治疗髌骨骨折有效方法,并具有力学结构合理,无需取出内固定钢丝的优点.

Objective To explore the clinical feasibility and result with assimilable thread tension band in the treatment of patella fractures. Methods 42 patients （21 with group A of assimilable thread tension band and 21 in group B of steelwire tension band） were treated. The followup time was 16（12～24） months. The results were evaluated by radiography and recovery of joint function. Results The fracture healed in all patients after a mean time of 8 weeks. In A group, the clinical outcome was good in 18 patients, fair in 3. In B group, the coprresponding were 17 and 4. There was no clinical differences between the two methods （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patella fracture can be treated successfully by using the assimilable thread tension band with rational biomechanics and no need of removing the steel - wire.
