摘要
以4-氯甲基吡啶盐酸盐和乙酰氨基丙二酸二乙酯为原料,经缩合、水解、拆分制得α-氨基酸N-Fmoc-D-4-吡啶丙氨酸,经活化后生成重氮酮,失去氮气,重排而制得N-Fmoc-D-β-4-吡啶丙氨酸。中间体和目的产物经熔点、旋光度、红外、核磁以及元素分析,其结构得到证实。
N - Fmoc - D - β - 4 - Pyriclyl alanine was prepared from 4 - chloro methyl - pyridine hydro chloride and acetyl amino malonic ester as raw material in muhi -step. The structure of intermediate and product was confirmed by melting point, IR. 1H - NMR and elemental analysis.
