摘要
目的 确定超临界CO2萃取技术提取南北苍术及其炮制品超临界CO2萃取物的条件,进而探求苍术炮制前后 紫外光谱的变化。方法 用超临界CO2萃取技术,获得南北苍术及其炮制品的超临界CO2萃取物,进行紫外光谱扫描。 结果 超临界CO2萃取物为深红色清澈油状物,或红褐色粘稠状物,收率5.50%-7.50%。不同产地的苍术其生品和炮 制品吸收峰位基本相同,分别为266nm,296nm,315nm,335nm,356nm(sh),但吸收度的比值有明显差异。结论 本法萃取 条件稳定,萃取物得率高。紫外扫描的峰位可做为苍术及其炮制品超临界CO2萃取物的鉴别依据。峰的吸收度比值存在 明显的差异,提示苍术在炮制前后其CO2萃取物成分发生了相应变化。
Objective: To study the technology of supercritical-CO2 extraction (SFE-CO2) of crude and processed Cangzhu, and find out the UV changes of the extract. Methods :Extracting Cangzhu with SFE-CO2. Analyzing the extract with UV. Results : The extract with SFE-CO2 is crimson clear oil or rufous glutinous liquid. The rate is 5.5%- 7.50%. Whether Atractylodes chinensis (DC.)Koidz or Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.)DC. Whether Crude or processed, their UV peaks are almost same. They are 266nm, 296nm, 315nm, 335nm, and 356nm( sh ). Conclusion: The extraction condition in the article is very practical. The extrcat from Cangzhu with SFE--CO2 can be identified by UV.
