摘要
目的:探讨老年焦虑症与恶劣心境患者的药物干预效果。方法:对老年焦虑症与恶劣心境患者进行SSR I类和TCA类药物治疗的对照研究。结果:SSR I类和TCA类药物对老年焦虑症与恶劣心境疗效相当,总有效率分别为88.92%和82.60%。TCA类副作用更为严重,药物依从性差。结论:老年焦虑症与恶劣心境的药物干预治疗应尽量选用新型SSR I类药物。
Objective： To research the cure of the elder anxiety and dysthymia. Methods： To cure the elder anxiety and dysthymia with SSIR and TCA , and observe the cure effect ion and side effects. Results： SSRI and TCA are equal in cure effect ion, and TCA makes more side effects. Conclnsions：The elder anxiety and dysthymia should be cured with SSRI.
