环境激素邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯在动物脏器中的代谢 被引量:4

摘要 应用HPLC及HPLC-MSn方法,进行了环境激素邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯在动物脏器中的代谢实验.实验结果表明:邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯在模拟体内酸碱溶液、人工胃液、人工肠液的条件下不代谢;在动物胃和肺匀浆内虽然降解,但无代谢产物产生;在动物血清、肠道被代谢成2个产物,分别为邻苯二甲酸单丁酯及邻苯二甲酸甲丁酯,与在肝脏中的代谢产物完全相同;血清、小肠亦是邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯主要代谢器官,并且小肠是邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯经口染毒途径的第一代谢转化场所. Metabolism of Butylbenzyl phthalate (BBP) in mice organs was studied by HPLC and HPLC -MS n. The results showed that BBP was metabolized in stomach and lung homogenate, blood serum and the intestinal tract, but not metabolized under conditions simulated in vivo, artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice. Monobutyl phthalate and methanoyl phthalate were detected in blood serum and the intestinal tract, and no metabolites were detected in the stomach and lung homogenate. It was concluded that the small intestine was the first transformation location of BBP given by p. o.
