摘要
应用FMECA法对攻关产品某系列数控车床进行故障模式影响与致命度分析.掌握了该数控车床的故障发生情况及其子系统的致命度,得出CNC系统是故障多发的原因,以及转塔刀架系统是致命度最高的部件,并提出了相应的改进措施,取得了明显的成效.
Apply the FMECA method to analyze failure mode effect and criticality of brainstorm products - certain serial CNC lathes. Failure situations and criticality of the subsystems are mastered. The CNC system leads to a lot of failures and the criticality of the turret tool carrier is higher than other subsystems. Improvement measures are put forward and distinct effects have been obtained.
