摘要
根据渐开线螺旋面的形成原理及其微分几何性质,指出它的一个特性,即其单位法向矢量在平行于轴线方向为一定值.以大模数少齿数螺旋转子的渐开线螺旋面部分的加工为例,用球头铣刀在四轴立式加工中心上铣削渐开线螺旋面,计算残留高度时,运用此特性可求得能反映渐开线螺旋面曲率变化的残留高度计算公式.并通过该公式探讨了各因素对残留高度的影响,以该实例的加工结果说明残留高度公式的正确性.
According to the forming principle of the involute helicoid and its differential geometry property, determine characterization of this kind of helicoid - the value of its unit normal vector that parallels to the axis is constant. An involute helicoid of the rotor with large module and few teeth has been taken as an example, and it can be machined with a ball - end milling cutter on the 4 - axis NC machine tool. The formula of scallop height, which can embody the curvature variety of the involute helicoid, has been deduced according to the characterization of an involute helicoids and the influence of main elements in the formula to scallop height is discussed. Finally, the result of the example is given to indicate the accuracy of the formula.
