在普通铣床上使用极坐标法,在MCS-51单片机控制下,完成精度±0.005mm,粗糙度3.2μm的凸轮加工,并对加工原理和编程方法进行了详细的阐述.
Under the control of MCS-51 SCM (single chip machine), the polar coordinates are used in the common milling machine to complete the machining of cam whose precision is ±0.005mm and whose degree of roughness is 3.2μm. The principle of the machining and the programmers are introduced in detail.
