随着经济全球化和区域一体化加强,高等教育担负着培养未来一代的全球观的历史使命将更加艰巨,高等教育国际化已成为不可阻挡的趋势。在国际化时代,我国高等教育既要有国际眼光、国际理念作指导,更要立足于本土的实际运作,坚持“国际化视野、本土化运作”的原则。在本土化运作中,我们要注重比较优势,坚持“引进来,走出去”,把我国高等教育引向国际舞台中心。

With the economical globalization and regional integration, higher education is expected to take on the incumbency of educating the youth with a global outlook. Accordingly, internationalization of higher education has become inevitable. In this era, China＇s higher education is required not only to have a global outlook and to follow international ideas, but also be operated under our native conditions, thus to hold the principle of “international outlook with local operation”. In local operation, Chinese higher education is expected to focus on its own advantages, and stick to the policy “bringing in and going out”, thereby to lead Chinese higher education towards internationalization.
