财务管理体制改革是高等学校内部管理体制改革的关键内容之一。高等学校的财务管理,具有涉及面广、政策性强、类型繁多等特点,传统财务管理体制难以适应后勤社会化改革要求。为推动高校后勤社会化改革,高校财务管理体制必须走多元化之路。

The reform of financial management system is an essential part of the reform of internal management system in colleges. Financial management in colleges is characterized by its extensive involvement, firm policy, multiple patterns, etc. Traditional financial management systems, thereby, do not meet the requirements of college logistic socialization. In order to promote the reform, the financial management system has to go into diversification.
