关于构建和谐校园的思考

Reflection on the Construction of Harmonious University

努力构建和谐校园是当前高校改革与发展的重要任务。和谐校园是充满发展活力的校园,是促进公平和正义的校园,是有序的校园、安定的校园。当前要构建和谐校园一要坚持科学发展观,协调好发展要素间的关系;二要坚持以人为本,正确处理好各方面的利益关系;三要坚持育人为本,培育先进的校园文化;四是坚持依法治校,完善构建和谐校园的长效机制。

Presently the construction of harmonious university is increasingly important in higher educatrion reform and development. By “Harmony” it refers to dynamic, impartiality and justiceoriented, ordered, and stable. In constructing harmonious university, administrators should ： first, hold fast to the idea of scientific development and coordinate all relations; second, stick to the human-based principle and well handle interests that concern all sides; third, cultivate advanced campus culture by putting educating people as the central ideas; fourth, manage according to the law, and construct a long-term system for an ideal harmonious university.
