摘要
隐喻是语言的一种普遍现象,是语言与文化联系最紧密的部分,是词义转移最常见的手段之一。隐喻的这些研究成果对外语教学产生了很大的启示作用,如隐喻与外语思维能力、隐喻与文化教学、隐喻与词汇教学等。因此,隐喻是提高外语教学质量的新途径。
Metaphor as a way in which the meaning shifts, is closely associated with culture, and is found ubiquitous within language. Studies on this subject has contributed to foreign language teaching in multiple ways, namely, metaphor and using foreign language as a thinking pattern, metaphor and culture teaching, metaphor and vocabulary teaching, etc. Hereby metaphor serves as a new approach to advancing foreign language teaching.
