摘要
采用生长速率法测定了菌核净(Dimetachlone)、福美双(Thiram)及二者不同比例的混剂对黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用。通过不同浓度配比的菌核净和福美双混剂对黄瓜灰霉病原菌的菌丝抑制试验和机率分析,确定了这2种药剂不同配比的联合毒力,为2种药剂的定型配比提供了依据。试验结果表明,菌核净与福美双以1∶2.5混用对黄瓜灰霉病菌菌丝的抑菌作用最佳,联合增效作用最明显,其EC50为0.35 mg/kg,共毒系数(CTC)为912。
Inhibition action of dimetachlone, thiram and their mixture against Botrytis cinerea Pers (BC) was assayed in the laboratory using growth velocity method. Bioassay results showed that there were a obvious synergized inhibition of the mixture (D : T = 1 : 2.5 ) on mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea with EC50 as 0.35, CTC as 912. The CTC and EC50 value will be useful for deciding the ratio of the mixture.
