采用大体剖检、常规石蜡切片、H.E染色法研究猪副猪嗜血杆菌感染的病理变化。剖检可见肝脏、脾脏、肺脏表面和心包的壁层、脏层有大量浆液纤维素性、化脓纤维素性渗出物。各脏器有不同程度的出血、淤血和坏死。镜检渗出物中有大量纤维蛋白、嗜中性白细胞、淋巴细胞、浆细胞和单核细胞。实质细胞呈现不同程度的颗粒变性、水泡变性和坏死,实质和间质可见充血、出血、炎性细胞浸润、纤维素渗出和水肿液蓄积。

The pathological changes of haemophilus methods of gross anatomy, routine paraffin section parasuis infection in swine were studied with the and H·E staining. There were large amount of serious fibrino and suppurative fibrino exudation on the serosa of liver hepar, lung, spleen, parietal layer and visceral layer of pericardium, The organs observed occured hemorrhage, congestion and necrosis in different degree. Under the microscope, the exudation consisted of large amount of fibrin, neutrophils, lymphoytes, plasma cells and monocytes, Pathological changes of paranchymatous cells of organs above were granular degeneration, vacuolar degeneration and necrosis, Paranchyme and mesenchyme occurred hyperimia, hemorrhage, inflann＇natory cells infiltration, fibrin and exudates exudation.
