确定适宜的前梳锦纶丝(涤纶丝)送经量是提高经编弹力织物品质的关键。文中以锦纶丝经绒组织(2-3/1-0)、氨纶丝经平组织(1-0/1-2)生产的经编弹力布主体产品为例,详细阐述了前梳锦纶丝送经量的计算过程,它采用了将线圈假设为简单的平面几何图形并加修正的方法。运用该方法对E32经编机前梳编织4.4tex锦纶丝、5.5tex涤纶丝,E36经编机前梳编织3.3tex、4.4tex锦纶丝的送经量计算进行了汇总,同时该方法也可用在除主体产品外的其他产品中,计算出的送经量数值与上机实用数值十分接近。

The proper warp run-in selection of the front nylon(polyester)guide bar is the key to improve the quality pf warp knitted elastic fabric. Taking the example of tricot structure(1-0/1-2)using polyurethane fiber yarn and cord stitch(2-3/1-0)using nylon fiber yarn, this paper discusses the calculating process of the warp run-in of the front nylon guide bar under the assumption of 2D stitch shape with proper correction, calculates the front guide bar warp run-in of 4.4 tex of nylon fiber yarn and 5.5 tex of polyester fiber yarn on E32 warp knitting machine, and the front guide bar warp run-in of 3.3 tex of nylon fiber yarn and 4.4 tex of nylon fiber yarn on E36 warp knitting machine. This calculating method can also be applied to other kinds of fabrics. And the calculated warp run-in value agrees with the experimental results very well.
