摘要
介绍了MBWK织物(纬编双轴向多层衬纱织物)的结构以及拉伸、弯曲等力学性能。比较了该织物与经编双斜向(±45°)、双轴向(0°/90°)、多轴向(0°/90°/±45°)织物,UD材料及机织物的成型性。分析了MBWK织物在开发高性能头盔方面的优势。MBWK织物继承了经编轴向织物的力学优点且成型性颇佳,其纱线潜能利用率高,幅宽可以加大,上机操作灵活。
This paper introduces the structure, tensile and bending properties of multi-layered biaxial weft knitted(MBWK)fabric, and compares the conformability with that of biaxial warp knitted fabric(0°/90°), multi-axial warp knitted fabric(0°/90°/±45°)and biaxial warp knitted fabric(±45°). In addition, this paper analyzes the advantages of this kind of fabric in development of high performance helmet. The MBWK fabric not only bears the same excellent mechanical properties as biaxial warp knitted fabric but also possesses excellent conformability, which can take full advantage of the yarn′s mechanical potential, can be flexibly knitted with various widths.
