摘要 采用纤维素酶对原生竹纤维织物进行整理,通过正交实验,测试了酶剂用量、pH值、温度和整理时间4因子对织物减量率和强力损失率的影响,得知温度的影响最大,pH值次之,酶用量和整理时间的影响相对较小。同时,对减量率和强力损失率作线性回归分析,发现它们呈线性关系,因此可通过控制减量率来控制织物强力的过度损失。 This paper uses cellulose enzyme to treat bamboo protofibril, and studies the influences of applied amount of enzyme, pH value, temperature and finishing time on de-weighting rate and strength loss rate using the orthogonal experiment. The research results show that the influence of temperature is the biggest, next is pH value, and the influence of applied amount of enzyme and finishing time is relatively small. In addition, this paper makes a linear regressive analysis on the relationship between the de-weighting rate and strength loss rate, and it is found that it turns out to be obvious linear. Therefore, the strength loss of fabric can be controlled through the de-weighting rate control.
