应用安全心理学提高煤矿安全管理水平

Applying Safety Psychology to Improve Safety Management Level of Coal Mines

煤矿事故频繁发生,而事故的发生大多是由于人的不安全行为导致的,人的不安全行为又受不安全心理的控制。为了减少事故发生,提高安全管理水平,应用安全心理学分析了导致事故的不安全心理因素,以及造成这些因素的原因,并提出了相应对策。为促进安全生产,提高安全管理水平,给出了一些参考。

In onter to reduce the accidents and improwe the safety management level, safety psychology is applied to conduct analysis on unsafe factors resulting in accidents, pointing out the cauls that lead to these unsafe factors and some corresponding countermeasures, so that some references are given to the promotion of safety production and improvement of safety management level.
